seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, planning, warehousing, and order management.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system requirements.
Experience with ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
Understanding of D365 Finance processes and cost management module
Experience administrating role security
Awareness of ISVs and how they integrate
Demonstrated experience in most SCM module
D365 Inquires and Reporting
Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps

MUST HAVES:


Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain processes and modules experience with Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Inventory
Product information management
Inventory dimensions
BOMs, Routes, Resources
Advanced Warehousing in a manufacturing environment
Experience with 2-3 deployments as a key part of the implementation team
Demonstrated functional ownership of modules within the system
Strong excel skills
Ability to analyze transaction data to diagnose issues
Data conversions
Write well-structured documentation (process steps and test scripts)
Comfortable working in structured environments
UAT, DEV, TEST, PROD
Change control, approvals


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM.
Serve as a functional subject matter expert for D365 Supply Chain Management.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Configure and support D365 SCM modules and functionality
Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities to improve inventory, planning, procurement, and operational performance.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams and Microsoft support when required.
Create functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support D365 implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and system integrations.
Work with developers and technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
Monitor system performance and data quality and recommend corrective actions.
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to supply chain operations.
Provide production support and assist users with D365-related questions and issues.
Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management capabilities and Microsoft release updates.
